User can browse tomato genomes with taxonomy.

Genome page
server

User can browse genome information from basic information, genomic status, evaluation for gene prediction, and publication. Moreover, each tomato genome had four cross-links with tools in tomatoPangenome.

Pan-gene Sets in tomato pangenome

User can click the red and blue bars in the UpSet chart to get the orthologous groups in different tomato groups.

Search page
server

This is an search page with two sections including basic and functional serach.  In basic search, users can search tomato species and genes, and in functional search users can search corresponding genes with specific InterPro and GO terms in tomatoPangenome.

Gene page
server

Gene page included gene basic information, gene JBrowse, and gene models. Gene model can directly link to mRNA page in tomatoPangenome.

mRNA page
server

mRNA page included mRNA basic information, mRNA JBrowse, IPRscan annotation, Gene Ontology annotation, collinear gene pairs, and corresponding tandem array. In JBrowse function, user can get the DNA and coding sequences of target gene model.
